If the sample wood is confirmed an agarwood, they will have to dive in to the river with very limited diving equipment and try to scalp the whole chunk of agarwood manually in the bottom of the river. The extraction process of a large chunk of agarwood could took 6-8 hours until the wood is fully extracted. From the described process, We can imagine the level of difficulties to find the premium agarwood of highest qualities. From the jungle of Papua, The revived premium agarwood will then be shipped to our distillation facility. The distillation process of 40 kg of agarwood flakes took 8-10 hours, and will only produce 35 ml - 50 ml of pure premium oud oil. How come it's all coming from Sri Lanka and Kalimantan still? But even there it's diminishing rapidly. This is the status, folks. This is the reality on the ground. I'm not here to kid you. I'm not here to fool you. I've got nothing to sell. It's a product. Nature does not produce products. Something natural is not a product. It's a phenomenon, something that you harvest and it's like something wonderful because it's not something you can slap a price tag on because it's a wonder of nature. Fungi innoculation has been practically proven to be the most reliable approach that produces a higher yield of “Agar” in terms of oud distillation. The process relies on transfusing a specially induced fungi which will actively harm the trunk, causing the tree to respond with its natural defense mechanism from within itself. This phenomenon will Eventually allow the tree to produce a dark resinous substance. This substance is what we call “Agar”, which is what gives character to the Oil. In this video we demonstrate the results of our Inoculant after just 45 days. The average period for successful resination is 24 months. However a high quality Inoculant can produce results in a shorter period of time. We tested out the results by using the resinated wood to produce a vial of Oud Oil which gave promising results.
